Hello And Thank You For Taking The Time To Look At My "Roller Workout" Website.
 My Name Is LeeAnne Homsey And I Have Been An Avid Roller Skater/Blader For 20+ Years.
 In The Past Few Years I Have Won Several American Roller Dance Competitions And Had The Privilege To Perform In Several Television Shows, Movies And Music Videos.
 I Have NEVER Enjoyed The "Work" In "Workout" I Have Always Opted For Fun. The Same Fun That Used To Kick Start My Adrenaline As A Kid At Recess. I Believe The Human Body Responds Better To Fun & Excitement Than It Does To The Drudgery Of A Monotonous Routine.
 As A Kid Were You Always Running Around?
Climbing Trees, Swimming, Playing Hide & Seek, On Your Bike, Playing Softball, Kick The Can, Ice Skating Or Building Snow Men .... Pretty Much Every Day?
 Wasn't It Hard For Your Mother To Even Get You To Come Inside, Much Less To The Dinner Table!

 As I Got Older It Seemed That I Was Sitting And Working More Than Anything Else And If Not At My Desk, I Was Sitting Somewhere Else And Ordering Food!
 My One Constant Though, No Matter How Much Sitting And Or Eating I Did, I Always Made Time For Some Heart Pounding Fun.
 In My Teens & Twenties It Was Going Out Dancing With My Friends At Least 3 Times A Week Or Skating.
In My Thirties, When Friends Dropped Off The Map And Places For "Old People" To Dance Became Scarce, I Joined A Gym.
I Think I Went Four Times In Five Years.
I Felt Awkward Each And Every Time I Went.
 Not Only Did I Feel Awkward But Somehow My Body KNEW It Was Going To "WORKout" And I could Feel It Shutting Down As I Neared The Treadmill.
My Muscles Stretching Out For A Nice Nap And My Metabolism Breathing In A Long Languid Yawn As If To Say, "Wake Me When You Have This Out Of Your System. This Is Not Fun For Me, I Don't Like It, And I There Is No Way I Am Going To Help."

Now That I Am In My Forties And I Understand That My Body Really Responds Well To Fun;  I Have Dedicated Hours Of Developing Exercise With A Focus On Laughter, Sweat, Speed, Hair-Raising Risks And Heart Pounding Laps All With A Back Drop Of Beautiful Central Park, A Gallery Of Hundreds Of Spectators And The Pulsating Music Which Helps Make It Happen.
